P.C. Anderson Handmade Furniture: Ordering and Shipping

Ordering
Payment may be made by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If the item is not in stock or is a custom order then we require a fifty percent deposit to start your order. Upon receipt of your deposit your order will be scheduled for production and we will notify you of the estimated completion date. This is generally eight to twelve weeks from receipt of order. We take orders on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Shipping
We use a "white glove" shipping service. Our shipper specializes in handling fine furniture. They pick it up from our shop, where your order is blanket-wrapped and then is delivered directly to your home, where it is placed (and set up depending on the piece). This service ensures that your furniture is not passed from depot to depot or truck to truck and it greatly reduces risk of damage. You may also make your own arrangements for pick-up from our shop.
Shipping charges will be quoted for each order and will depend on the number of pieces and the delivery address.

Customer Service
We are available Monday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., March through December to answer any questions you may have regarding orders, shipping or custom work. January and February our showroom will be closed, but we may be contacted via; e-mail .

Finishes
Our finish is a mixture of oil and varnish, hand-rubbed to penetrate the surface and harden in the wood. This enhances the color and grain patterns but does not obscure the wood.
